Anyone know if preparing sandwiches is a good idea for bronze? I can't eat a lot of things that are slimy or super chewy because the texture makes me vomit so most canned or liquid-centred foods are a no-go for me.
Can somebody interpret my ECG result? I've have ECG trice but they keep on saying it's normal. But I'm still having a hard time breathing. Please respond so I can send you my ECG result. I would really appreciate if anyone help me about it. I'm scared.

Sam Holden Not always. It depends on how old and how bad the damage. You would have to have blood tested to get a definite answer. EKGs should not be used to make definite diagnosis

James I have been searching you tube some time looking for a video like yours and seen many of them but yours just is just the best for a learner especially the triangulation piece your laid out description is the best I have seen and easy to follow, at last no getting lost, I can now use it many thanks, Derek

Is the grid to mag = add opposite in the Southern Hemisphere? Great video!!
No. The grid to mag adjustment is not opposite in the Southern Hemisphere. What he did not explain very well in his example is that his grid to mag adjustment ( turning the compass bezel CCW by 3 degrees ) was only for a mag declination of 3 degrees West mag declination. IF the mag declination in the UK was instead 3 degrees East mag declination. The grid to mag adjustment would have been to turn the compass bezel 3 degrees CW. To remember the correct grid to mag adjustment I created this phrase & acronym. The Map WAvES to the Compass. WAvES = West Add v East Subtract. Turning the compass bezel CCW (aka Anti clock wise) adds degrees to the bearing. Turning the compass bezel CW subtracts degrees from the bearing. Of course for Mag to Grid adjustment you would do the opposite. Examples: grid to mag : if your local mag declination is 8 degrees East. You would turn the bezel CW by 8 degrees, thereby subtracting 8 degrees from the grid bearing measured on the map. 50 degrees grid becomes 42 degrees mag. For Mag to Grid : if the local mag declination is 5 degrees West, and your compass mag bearing = 45 degrees, you would turn the compass bezel CW by 5 degrees to get the correct grid bearing of 40 degrees grid bearing to be used on the map. Hope that was understandable & makes sense to you.
